The subscription pages are the most important part of the Simple Renew Joomla subscriptions component. You can see many examples here at Joomlashack.com, including at this link.

As you can see, the default subscription page consists of six basic fields:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Username
4. Email
5. Password
6. Confirm Password.

You have a choice to add to this basic subscription page some optional fields:

• Go to Components > Simple Renew.
• In the top right corner of the screen, click Options.
• Click the Optional Fields tab.

• Select your additional optional fields and click Save or Save & Close.

Subscription pages are created by a menu link:

• Go to Menus > All Menu Items.
• Click "New".
• Under "Menu Item Type", click "Select".
• Click "Subscribe":

• Click the "Plan Selection" tab and you can choose which plans are visible on this page:

• Click the "Coupons" tab and you can choose the coupon settings for this page:
