One way to make your membership site more successful is to reduce the number of members who cancel.

Inside your link to the "Renewal" menu link, you will find a "Cancellation Funnels" tab.

• Click on the "Cancellation Funnels" and click "Enable".
• You'll now see three options:
  1. Contact Support: this will encourage people to contact you for help.
  2. Extend Trial: if you offer a free trial, this will give people more time.
  3. Offer Coupon: you can enter a discount so people can choose to pay less instead of canceling.

Each of these three areas has module positions where you can add more information for your members.
