On some Joomla sites with Shack Forms installed, your page may display an "Initializing form" error.
This is caused by a conflict with a 3rd party template or extension. The error is shown in this image below:
The best way to fix a conflict like this by installing the "jQuery Easy" Joomla plugin.
The most common solution is to change the "jQuery" option you can see in the image below. If that doesn't work, try to change other options on this "jQuery" tab.
