How to Send Shack Forms Pro Submissions to a Custom Email Address

By default, our Shack Forms Pro Jooma extension sends the form submission details to the site administrator’s email address. This address is set in the Global Configuration > tab Server > parameter From Email:

However, there may be times when you'd prefer these submissions to be sent to a different email address. Here’s how to do that:

  • From your Joomla admin panel, navigate to Components > Shack Forms Pro > Modules:

  • This opens the Modules: Shack Forms Pro page. Locate the form module you want to edit and click its title.
  • Select the Email tab:

  • In the Email to field, enter the new email address where you want to receive the form submissions:

  • Click Save or Save & Close to apply the changes.

Now, form submissions will be delivered to the email address you specified, overriding the default from Global Configuration.
