Shack Article Layouts allows you to display your articles in many attractive layouts.
Shack Article Layouts uses a module to show those layouts. This module contains all the configuration and layout options. Here's how to find that module:
- Go to "Extensions", then "Modules".
- Search for "Shack Article Layouts":
How to place Shack Article Layouts
If you want to show Shack Article Layouts on your site, you will need to place the module on your site.
There are two ways to place your module.
First, you can use Joomla's "Position" setting to choose a module position:
Second, you can use Joomla's {loadposition} and {loadmodule} features and embed Shack Article Layouts inside an empty Joomla article. This is the recommended method.
Note: if you embed your Shack Article Layouts module inside a Joomla article and don't display it on any other pages, you should leave the "Position" parameter empty.

The Shack Article Layouts Joomla 5 extension allows you to display your articles in many attractive layouts.
Shack Article Layouts is actually a module. It contains all the configuration and layout options. Here's how to find Shack Article Layouts in your Joomla 5 admin dashboard:
- Go to System > Manage > Site Modules.
- You will see the "Modules: Site" screen, as shown in the next image. Enter "shack article layouts" (without the quotes) in the search box and press Enter:
- You will see the module listed. Click on its title to open its settings:
How to display a Shack Article Layouts module
There are two ways to display your Shack Article Layouts module on the front end of your Joomla 5 site.
- First, use Joomla's "Position" setting to choose a module position:
- Second, use Joomla's {loadmoduleid} features and embed Shack Article Layouts inside an empty Joomla article. This is the recommended method.
