Sometimes it may be convenient to reset the statistics in jInbound reports. This is common when moving your site from a development/testing environment to a live/production environment.

The RESET function will clear all statistics such as Landing Page Visits, Goal Completions etc as well as any leads that have been recorded by jInbound.

The RESET function will not delete any fields, forms, email configurations that you may have created.

It is also important to note that the RESET function is only available to Super Admins and that a confirmation is displayed before the process is initiated.

Use this feature with extreme caution and be sure to back up before resetting stats.
