How to Get Support at Joomlashack

Here's how to get support for Joomlashack extensions and templates.

Support for Pro Members

Joomlashack is made possible by our Pro users.

Pro users support the development of these extensions and templates possible. They will always enjoy our fastest support.

If you are a Pro member, you can get support this way:

  • Login to Joomlashack.com using the username and password associated to your Pro account.
  • Click the "Support" link in the main menu.
  • On this screen, you can create new support tickets and see all your old tickets.

How to Get Support at Joomlashack

Support for Free Users

We do offer support for Free users.

However, "Free" extensions are not really free. Development, hosting, testing and support must be paid for by someone. Support tickets cost us an average of $15 to answer.

Please consider buying a Pro license to support the development of extensions. You will also get extra features and excellent support!

If you want to contact us as a Free user, please contact us here. We will answer your ticket once support has been completed for Pro members.
